How does the "hits" limit system work?
In order to offer the most competitive pricing conditions, according to each situation, appYuser has designed plans based on the number of hits, i.e. the number of web pages browsed by all your website’s visitors (similar to the number of page views measured by your analytics tool).
No extra billing! If your site exceeds your plan limits, we stop measuring additional hits. You’ll have the option of switching to a new plan, or staying with your current one.
How long does it take to install appYuser?
It only takes a few minutes to deploy our solution: as soon as your account is created, we send you a dedicated tracking script.
All you have to do is add this script to your site’s pages, to start collecting data.
Adding the script does not require any special technical skills. Please consult our documentation if you need help.
What skills do I need to use appYuser?
appYuser has been designed to enable you to measure and monitor the evolution of your website’s digital experience, whatever your role or technical skills. I want to cancel my subscription. When can I do it?
You can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel or downgrade your subscription within the first seven days, you will receive a full refund. For annual subscriptions, please contact us for further details.
Where is my monitoring data stored?
Data concerning the monitoring of your website, once collected and processed by appYuser, is stored securely on our servers based in France in strict compliance with the GDPR.
The duration of data storage depends on the appYuser offer to which you have subscribed.
What happens to my data at the end of my subscription?
The performance data concerning your website collected during your free test is only kept for a few days after the end of your subscription, so that it can be added to your history if you choose to (re)subscribe to one of our offers.
As for your contact details, in accordance with our privacy policy, we only keep them for as long as we deem necessary to remind you of all the benefits of our digital experience monitoring solution.
